DMCA Policy – Goziana

Goziana respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is our policy to respond to claims of copyright infringement promptly.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice.

Counter-notices should also be sent to our DMCA Agent listed above.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Goziana has a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
